Okay. So it’s been almost a year since I’ve done crossfit. Now I’m starting back for at least two months. Hopefully longer. Every day I go, I’m gonna post a post-crossfit progress picture. It’s gonna be a straight up, no filter, no flexing, natural progress picture. I want to document my growth and see how well crossfit works for me.
